任职要求
1、精通Java/Golang中的一种或者多种语言，有较强的架构能力和良好代码规范； 2、具备丰富的架构设计经验，能够准确、全面的理解业务，并根据业务发展设计合理的架构方案； 3、具有高流量高并发实践经验； 4、对业界数据库中间件、消息中间件及其他大规模分布式系统的基础架构组件有深入理解，能够结合业务做出合理的技术选型； 5、学习能力强，具备良好的问题分析和解决能力，对新技术有敏感性并愿意致力于新技术研究； 6、沟通能力强，良好的团队合作精神；责任心强，具有在工作压力下保持良好状态的能力；有商品相关管理经验者优先。
工作职责
1、负责管理抖音本地生活商品预约的核心系统设计、开发与维护； 2、对标不断拓展现有的商品预约能力，优化系统性能和稳定性，支撑多业务高速扩张； 3、技术团队搭建、业务把控、团队管理和人员培养。
