1、本科及以上学历，3年以上Linux操作系统后端开发经验； 2、熟悉ARM或X86体系结构，精通Golang/C/Python等一种或多种编程语言； 3、掌握systemd工作原理，熟练使用crash、gdb、ftrace、bpftrace等调试工具分析操作系统稳定性、性能问题； 4、对Linux底层原理有研究的优先，包括但不限于中断、IO、内存管理、调度、时钟，文件系统等内核子系统； 5、精通gRPC/Web 等后端开发框架的优先； 6、具备Debian，CentOS等Linux发行版构建及基础服务开发经验的优先； 7、良好的自驱力和学习能力。
工作职责
1、负责linux操作系统的定制和开发； 2、负责监控告警等系统组件设计、开发、优化。
