任职要求
1、具备良好的编码能力，有扎实的数据结构和算法功底 ；带团队经验； 2、对可扩展性、稳定性、性能、质量有特别的执着，若具有高可用、高性能 Web 实践经验更佳； 3、编程语言不限，若具有 Golang 或 Python 经验更佳； 4、较好的产品意识，关注数据，愿意将产品效果做为工作最重要的驱动因素，有广告相关领域优先； 5、 具备生产系统快速 trouble-shooting 的经验和能力； 6、加分项： 内容安全平台或规则引擎背景。
工作职责
1、负责字节跳动国际化商业化相关产品线的内容安全和风控能力建设； 2、负责设计和实现通用审核流框架，日均覆盖亿级别的素材； 3、负责商业化内容安全相关的工具的搭建和优化，包括但不限于：规则引擎、策略平台、审核workflow、人审/人效平台工具等。
