任职要求
1、2026届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、了解JavaScript，CSS，HTML，DOM、绘图、动画、协议、安全、网络、性能优化等前端技术，对主流前端框架（ React/Vue/Angular等）至少一种能够理解其设计原理； 3、熟悉ReactNative/Weex框架，有相关开发经验者优先；熟悉Express/Koa等NodeJS技术者优先； 4、对用户体验、交互操作流程，及用户需求有一定了解； 5、积极乐观，责任心强，工作认真细致，具备良好的服务意识，具有良好的团队沟通与协作能力； 6、每周可实习4天以上，可实习4个月以上。
工作职责
ByteIntern：面向2026届毕业生（2025年9月-2026年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：抖音-智能创作团队是为抖音业务提供AI，特效，音视频创作技术能力，涵盖了计算机视觉、图形学、拍摄编辑、特效、客户端、服务端工程等技术领域，并以多种形式向抖音提供业界前沿的内容理解、内容创作、互动体验与消费的能力和行业解决方案，同时通过火山引擎为企业客户提供服务。 1、负责抖音部分产品的前端研发，完成代码的编写和调试工作； 2、深入发掘和分析业务需求，撰写技术方案和系统设计； 3、根据产品需求，进行系统设计和编码。
