任职要求
1、快速学习能力强，问题分析定位及解决能力强，有良好的团队沟通协作能力； 2、精通Golang/Python/Php/Java等一种或多种编程语言，精通数据结构，掌握数据库、网络、操作系统的基本原理，有较强的架构能力和良好代码规范； 3、掌握高并发架构设计，熟悉WebSocket协议，具有消息中间件（Kafka/RMQ）性能调优实战经验； 4、具备客服业务场景的AI落地能力，能结合大模型相关技术设计智能质检、服务分流等解决方案； 5、有IM通信系统、智能客服工作台开发经验者优先。
工作职责
1、主导智能客服系统开发，基于大模型技术构建电商场景下的多模态对话引擎与自动化服务能力； 2、开发智能化客服工作台，集成对话质量监测、服务工具、服务策略推荐等AI辅助功能； 3、设计并维护亿级消息的高并发IM通信架构，保障商家-用户实时沟通系统的的稳定性。
