任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件、通信或其它相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的代码功底、优秀的设计能力和编码思维，热爱编程； 3、深刻理解计算机原理，有良好的数据结构和算法基础； 4、有高并发、高可用服务设计和实现经验，对分布式系统有深入理解； 5、熟悉MySQL、NoSQL、消息队列等Web组件； 6、对软件产品有强烈的责任心，具备良好的沟通能力和优秀的团队协作能力。
工作职责
团队介绍：我们是一支专注于抖音娱乐内容的全链路系统性建设团队，支持短剧、影视综、演唱会、世界杯、亚运会等内容的分发、变现、播放全流程建设。短剧作为当前最火热的赛道，整个行业还有巨大的增长空间，我们秉承技术赋能业务的目标，涵盖抖音系及小程序各端、各场景，除了现有全栈、跨端、工程化方向，我们不仅仅是行业追随者，更是创新者和引领者，我们正在大力探索基于 AI 的解决方案，包括 AI 短剧、AI 托管运营、AI 工程化等 ，亟需优秀的你加入。 1、负责抖音版权长视频（原生、小程序）服务端相关产品功能的高效迭代和新技术探索； 2、负责抖音端内完整的宣发产品解决方案体系建设，探索平台、行业宣发新模式； 3、负责海量请求、突发流量下的高可用、低延迟服务的服务端技术框架维护和迭代； 4、通过不断的技术迭代和创新，推进产品发展，打造极致的用户体验。
