任职要求
1、掌握基于TypeScript、React、Node.js生态的技术栈，熟悉现代Web工程体系； 2、具备良好的技术基础，能够持续优化工程架构、研发工具和工作流，追求极致效率、性能和稳定性； 3、能够持续关注全球AI前沿社区的技术动态，保持学习、探索未知领域、进行重难点技术调研与攻坚； 4、熟悉AI技术生态、有Prompt Enginering、LLM、AI Agent、多模态、RAG、Memory等技术开发经验者优先； 5、有项目全栈研发经验、跨端框架、性能优化、有自己的开源项目、技术产品或开源社区贡献经验优先。
工作职责
1、参与面向AI场景的框架的建设、参与前端框架、运行时、工程框架、开发者工具、平台的建设； 2、参与前端解决方案的设计，以满足AI应用框架智能化场景的需求； 3、参与设计架构清晰的Framework与API，打造具备良好开发体验的开发者工具； 4、参与技术选型和调研，提出专业合理的方案建议，并推动技术驱动产生更多业务价值； 5、帮助AI应用开发者提升效率和质量，持续引进最佳实践、探索和引入更佳的技术方案。
