任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机，通信等相关专业；擅长C/C++程序设计，具备扎实的编程基础； 2、熟悉Linux操作系统，精通应用层软件及内核驱动软件开发；有NPU驱动及应用开发经验，有NPU算法集成及应用经验； 3、熟悉TensorFlow/Pytorch/Android NN等一种或多种神经网络框架者优先；熟悉FFmpeg、GStreamer等开源项目经验者优先；熟悉NPU编译原理和网络优化更优； 4、有Dsp/Codec芯片驱动和测试经验，熟悉视频处理全链路解决方案优先； 5、具有优秀的工作执行力、良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
工作职责
1、负责NPU子系统的驱动以及应用层软件的方案设计、开发和集成； 2、负责NPU算法的集成及应用开发； 3、参与系统性能的分析、设计和优化； 4、参与多媒体处理器的硬件功能验证，软件测试用例及工具的设计开发。
