任职要求
1、自然语言处理、机器学习、人工智能等相关专业的硕士/博士研究生； 2、熟练使用Tensorflow、Pytorch等深度学习框架，扎实的编程基础，具备独立的算法实现能力； 3、在大模型推理、多模态方向有实战的训练和模型设计经验者优先，熟悉了解并掌握Transformer、Diffusion、LLM、VAE、CLIP等优先； 4、对Llama/Qwen/Hunyuan/Deepseek/Kimi等开源模型迭代优化有深入理解，有大模型领域顶级会议文章（NerulPS、ICLR、KDD、ICML等）者优先； 5、对技术有很强的好奇心和兴趣、主动性强、有良好的沟通和团队协作意识。
工作职责
1、构建基于大模型的创意评估体系，更进一步对黄金标准做智能化识别和解读，推进更多客户按照黄金规则提供优质素材，提升客户对系统的采纳率，从而提升广告大盘收益； 2、构建素材专用链路，在投放系统中从“投前自动化-投中（召回/粗排/精排）-投后分析”构建合理的增强机制，帮助客户感知优质素材生产能够带来实际的回报，促进客户按照生态制定的标准提供优质创意； 3、和内部AIGC生产团队深度合作，将如何生产优质创意的策略直接在AIGC生产落地验证，提升标准的有效性； 4、探索多模态大模型、Diffusion Model等前沿技术在创意生态创建的突破性应用。
