任职要求
1、微电子、计算机等相关专业硕士研究生及以上学历； 2、有5年以上芯片架构设计经验，有成功的芯片落地经验； 3、熟悉PCIe/CXL等主机接口协议，熟悉SRIOV等虚拟化软硬件解决方案，深入理解软硬件交互流程； 4、熟悉计算机体系结构，了解现代CPU实现结构及性能分析方法，并有相关IO性能调优经验； 5、熟悉网卡内核驱动、DPDK用户态驱动等软件实现架构； 6、具备良好的沟通、协调能力。 加分项： 1、熟悉数据中心云网络、AI网络业务； 2、有网络处理芯片设计经验、性能建模优化经验； 3、了解CPU芯片IO子系统实现架构。
工作职责
1、跟踪业界技术动态，了解集团内部业务需求及痛点，完成网卡芯片的需求分析、产品规格定义、软硬件接口定义，并完成相关架构设计； 2、支持芯片内部团队完成全相关设计及开发，支持软件、业务完成相关联调，过程中及时识别并推动解决各类难题，确保芯片的顺利落地。
