任职要求
1、熟悉同态加密、多方安全计算、零知识证明等密码学技术原理，具备实际工程化经验（如密码算法/协议库、隐私计算平台开发）； 2、熟悉大模型技术原理和主流大模型推理框架，能识别模型推理阶段的数据流风险并制定安全增强方案； 3、熟悉Spark、Flink、Ray等主流分布式计算框架，了解云原生安全技术栈及异构TEE技术； 4、熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，如C/C++、Rust、Go、Python等，具备良好的编程能力和代码优化能力； 5、具备优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对复杂业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分； 6、具备强烈的工作责任心，良好的学习能力、沟通能力和自驱力，能够快速的响应和行动。
工作职责
1、负责大模型推理、大规模数据联合分析等场景中的数据安全防护体系构建，结合密码学技术、可信执行环境及系统安全技术，设计兼顾安全与效率的工程化解决方案； 2、开展大模型安全推理、大规模数据联合安全分析的性能优化研究，跟踪前沿安全技术动态，推动密码学跨领域技术融合创新和应用落地。
