任职要求
1、拥有计算机及相关专业本科及以上学历，两年以上Go、Python项目开发经验； 2、熟悉数据结构和算法设计，熟悉Kafka，Spark，K8s等； 3、有强烈的工作责任心，较好的学习能力、沟通能力和自驱力； 4、在大模型领域，参与过大影响力的项目或论文者优先； 5、熟悉语音相关的算法和技术，有主流框架使用经验优先； 6、有深度学习模型落地和运维部署经验优先。
工作职责
1、持续推进语音、音乐大模型最新技术的工程优化和应用落地； 2、大模型分布式推理的架构和优化，在模型高速迭代的过程中，保证架构可扩展、资源有较高利用率； 3、大模型语音服务稳定性治理，并发优化，多地域运维部署提效； 4、深入业务，全链路提升豆包等产品语音交互体验。
