1、负责剪映CapCut模版内容生产管理和分发、热点挖掘、创作者增长、创作引导&激励等服务端的研发工作； 2、负责剪映CapCut内容生态的业务架构演进、保障业务海内外多机房部署稳定运行； 3、负责醒图图片模版、营销图片等业务系统及架构演进的研发工作； 4、日常迭代中，关注服务的性能、稳定性、扩展性，沉淀通用系统能力，满足复杂业务场景的需求，提升研发效率和质量。
