任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2年以上测试工作经验； 2、有良好的程序开发语言基础，熟悉Java/Golang/C++/Python中的一种或多种常用开发语言； 3、熟练使用HiveSQL/MySQL； 4、熟悉开源大数据生态技术，包括但不限于Kafka/Spark/Flink/Druid/HBase/Doris等； 5、有广告数据开发、数据仓库测试相关经验者优先； 6、性格开朗，善于沟通和项目推进。
工作职责
1、负责字节跳动国际化广告数据平台/数据产品相关的质量保障工作； 2、负责相关过程中测试效率类工具的开发； 3、跟进线上数据问题，进行追踪、分析以及推动改进； 4、以较强的产品意识，在项目过程中提出并实施好的产品解决方案。
