任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程等相关专业，3年以上服务端开发经验； 2、具备2年及以上风控反诈、内容安全等相关领域中至少一种的项目研发经验； 3、精通Java/Python/Golang等至少一门开发语言； 4、熟悉MySQL、Redis等数据库，具备良好的数据库设计与调优能力；对分布式系统、微服务架构有深入理解与实践经验，了解大数据开发相关组件； 5、有使用大数据技术（如Hadoop、Spark）处理风险数据的经验，接触过机器学习、模型构建和数据挖掘等相关技术，或能够应用大模型解决相关问题者优先； 6、具备强烈的责任心和主人翁意识，能够主动推动项目进展，善于沟通协作，乐于分享知识，带领团队共同成长。
工作职责
1、主导飞书业务风控反诈平台的架构设计与开发工作，构建高可用、高性能的风控反诈系统，实现风险识别、拦截与预警功能，保障业务健康稳定运行； 2、负责内容安全链路的全流程开发，包括内容审核、敏感信息过滤、数据加密等模块的设计与落地，确保平台内容符合合规要求； 3、参与系统性能优化、代码质量提升工作，持续迭代系统架构，应对业务快速发展带来的挑战； 4、带领开发团队推进项目进度，制定技术方案，指导团队成员解决技术难题，营造积极协作的团队氛围。
