任职要求
1、本科及以上学历,计算机科学与技术、软件工程等相关专业,3年以上服务端开发经验; 2、具备2年及以上风控反诈、内容安全等相关领域中至少一种的项目研发经验; 3、精通Java/Python/Golang等至少一门开发语言; 4、熟悉MySQL、Redis等数据库,具备良好的数据库设计与调优能力;对分布式系统、微服务架构有深入理解与实践经验,了解大数据开发相关组件; 5、有使用大数据技术(如Hadoop、Spark)处理风险数据的经验,接触过机器学习、模型构建和数据挖掘等相关技术,或能够应用大模型解决相关问题者优先; 6、具备强烈的责任心和主人翁意识,能够主动推动项目进展,善于沟通协作,乐于分享知识,带领团队共同成长。
工作职责
1、主导飞书业务风控反诈平台的架构设计与开发工作,构建高可用、高性能的风控反诈系统,实现风险识别、拦截与预警功能,保障业务健康稳定运行; 2、负责内容安全链路的全流程开发,包括内容审核、敏感信息过滤、数据加密等模块的设计与落地,确保平台内容符合合规要求; 3、参与系统性能优化、代码质量提升工作,持续迭代系统架构,应对业务快速发展带来的挑战; 4、带领开发团队推进项目进度,制定技术方案,指导团队成员解决技术难题,营造积极协作的团队氛围。
