任职要求
1、计算机视觉、数字图像处理、深度学习、电子信息、光学工程、色彩科学等相关专业的本科及以上学历； 2、深入理解ISP Pipeline及各个模块的原理，有ISP、3A、计算影像等领域的相关算法的开发、调试经验； 3、编程基础扎实，熟练使用C/C++； 4、对Imatest、DXO等任一图像评测标准有深入研究； 5、熟悉Cmos Sensor的成像原理以及工作流程。 加分项 1、有将应用机器学习于计算影像或相机控制/3A的直接经验； 2、掌握现代C++，有直接工程开发经验。
工作职责
1、负责设计、开发和优化先进的ISP Firmware/3A算法，包括但不限于3A（自动对焦AF、自动曝光AE、自动白平衡AWB）、图像增强、去噪、色彩校正、对比度调整、HDR等算法，定制算法以支持XR产品相机的各类使用场景； 2、负责ISP图像算法调试、算法系统集成，以确保图像质量、场景覆盖和系统性能达到目标； 3、探索和应用创新的基于机器学习和人工智能的3A算法，以进一步提升关键画质指标； 4、负责影像效果以及如何提升影像效果的定量研究，交付基于量化评估体系的、数据驱动的系统级优化，包括开发图像仿真、分析算法，利用深度学习等手段对图像处理管线议设计和参数进行优化等，通过跨团队合作驱动技术路线图和相机软硬件系统定义。
