任职要求 1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、熟练使用基本的数据结构与算法，具备良好的编码习惯，熟练掌握Golang/Python/Java中至少一种编程语言及常用框架； 3、了解LLM基本原理，熟悉Prompt Engineering，有RAG/Graph、Embedding等技术实践经验，熟悉LangChain等主流AI框架优先； 4、了解ReAct、Multi Agent等Agent架构与思想，对MCP/SKill有实际了解或开发经验；了解或参与过大模型及Agent的评测框架建设，或对强化学习RL的应用有一定了解和实践者优先； 5、有大规模分布式系统的设计和开发经验，熟悉关系型/非关系型数据库及消息中间件者优先；具有责任心、自驱力、技术好奇心和成长型思维，能够快速学…
