任职要求
1. 四年以上端侧开发经验，历史经验不限于前端 / 客户端，对跨端研发有深入研究，是该方向的专家； 2. 具备丰富的跨端开发经验，熟练使用 Weex、小程序、React Native、Flutter 等其中一种或多种技术栈； 3. 前端技术基础知识扎实，有性能优化，稳定性建设等领域的丰富实践经验； 4. 深入掌握 React 和小程序框架及其生态，熟悉其运行机制与性能调优技巧； 5. 良好的沟通协调能力、项目推动能力及逻辑思维能力，能够快速理解复杂业务并转化为技术方案； 6. 对技术有热情，具备良好的学习能力和自我驱动力，关注行业动态，持续提升自身技术水平； 【加分项】 1. 有使用大模型、Workflow、Agent 等相关技术优化开发流程或解决业务问题的实际经验； 2. 具备一定的服务端或全栈开发能力者优先； 3. 有优秀的前端作品和开源项目（附上 Github 地址）；
工作职责
1、负责饿了么消费者相关业务，围绕 APP、小程序、H5、RN / Flutter / Weex、中后台及其他产品参与端侧架构与开发工作，在跨端及全栈等技术方向进行技术攻坚； 2、优化前端开发方式及协作流程，创建技术标准及规范，结合前端实际建立或优化提升工作效率的工具； 3、关注并实践前端前沿技术，通过新技术反哺团队和前端技术产品及技术工具；
