任职要求
1、5年以上开发经验，JAVA基础扎实，理解io、多线程、集合等基础框架，掌握JVM原理； 2、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息等机制；能对分布式常用技术进行合理应用，解决问题； 3、熟悉大数据平台如Hadoop、Hive、Spark，熟练掌握SQL及Power BI等数据可视化工具，能够高效分析大规模数据 4、对技术有激情，喜欢钻研，能快速接受和掌握新技术，有较强的独立、主动的学习能力，良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力； 5、同时具备大模型开发（SpringAI/LangGraph/Agent/RAG）等经验者优先。
工作职责
1、负责饿了么智能客服，人工工作台、体验引擎等相关子域技术架构规划和设计，并主导落地实施； 2、负责撰写核心技术方案和系统设计、负责核心代码编写、指导和培训工程师进行系统优化设计； 3、基于数据体系进行AI智能化数据分析、问题诊断、报表搭建及AI智能化预警； 4、解决平台运行中的各种疑难杂症，保障应用的稳定运行； 5、参与或主导跨团队研发项目。
