Qualifications
- 诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，过往工作中无重大失误及违法违规记录，具备良好的职业道德和专业素质；
- Upright, humble, diligent and high moral values, with a clean compliance record and strong professional ethics.
- 硕士及以上学历，经济、金融、数学、金融工程、计算机或统计等相关专业；持有CFA、FRM证书者优先
- Master's degree or above in economics, finance, mathematics, financial engineering, computer science, statistics or a related field; CFA or FRM holders preferred
- 1–5年金融机构工作经验，具备外汇交易相关经验或实际交易业绩证明者优先
- 1–5 years of experience at  financial institutions; FX trading experience or a verifiable trading track record preferred
- 熟悉外汇即期、远期、掉期、期权及结构性产品，具备扎实的产品理解和方案设计能力；
- Solid grasp of FX spot, forwards, swaps, options and structured products, with strong product knowledge and structuring capabilities; 
- 具备良好的市场分析和独立研判能力，数字敏感，能在快节奏和高压力环境下做出审慎决策；
- Strong analytical and independent judgment skills; numerically sharp and able to make sound decisions under fast-paced, high-pressure conditions;
