Qualifications
• Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values.
• 1-3 years working experience with Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is mandatory, with a strong preference for candidates possessing basic VBA and Python coding skills to automate reporting and data reconciliation tasks.
• Must have a high level of attention to details and a strong sense of responsibility when handling information and numerical data.
• Basic understanding of financial instruments and alternative investment structures (Hedge Funds, Fund of Funds, Manager of Managers and etc.).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
