Qualifications
1. Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values.
2. Fluency in both English and Chinese.
3. Preferable to have 5 years’ experience in Structuring Roles.
4. A degree in Finance, Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
5. Proficiency in coding is preferred.
6. Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
7. Demonstrated strong work ethic and motivation.
8. The ability to think quickly and critically, addressing issues in trading, risk, and operations.
9. Capable of performing under pressure and working effectively within a team environment.
