任职要求
1. 电子、通讯、计算机、自动化、机器人、数学、测绘等相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2. 熟悉C++语言，有较强的工程能力，2年以上开发经验，C++项目落地经验； 3. 熟悉常用的设计模式、数据结构及算法； 4. 熟悉python语言，具备使用python搭建可视化分析工具的能力； 5. 具备出色的owner意识和主动性，能够独立进行业务问题分解，并推动问题的解决； 6. 具备良好的学习能力和团队协作精神； 7. 加分项：导航定位类C++项目落地经验；定位多传感器融合算法经验；大数据处理分析经验。
工作职责
1. 负责车线定位相关的车道级和标精导航产品功能需求开发； 2. 支撑车线定位算法、大模型算法的工程化落地，优化工程架构与代码质量； 3. 负责车线定位相关的工具链和平台建设，提升工程化效率。
