工作职责
1、负责 AI 在研发效能领域的后端系统设计、开发与落地，聚焦 ToC 业务中真实、复杂的工程痛点（如多端协同、高频发布、线上问题复盘、自动化验证等）； 2、构建高可用、低延迟的智能服务后端，支撑智能编码助手、自动化测试生成、日志根因分析、CI/CD 智能干预等核心功能； 3、基于 LLM 设计可扩展的服务架构，实现上下文感知、安全可控、可观测的 AI 能力输出，并与现有开发者平台、IDE 插件、内部工具链深度集成； 4、与算法、前端及业务研发团队紧密协作，推动 AI 能力从实验到规模化落地，确保“用得上、跑得稳、提效实”； 5、持续跟踪 AI for Software Engineering 的前沿进展，结合业务特性探索创新应用场景。
