● 统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上Android开发经验 ● 精通Java/Kotlin，熟悉Android SDK、多线程及网络通信机制，掌握常见设计模式 ● 具备性能调优经验（内存/电量/渲染优化），熟练使用Profiler等工具 ● 熟悉主流开源框架（如Retrofit、RxJava），能独立完成第三方SDK集成与定制 加分项： ● 有Flutter/React Native跨平台开发经验 ● 参与过复杂项目架构设计或开源项目贡献 ● 有鸿蒙原生开发经验
工作职责
● 负责 Android 客户端整体架构设计、核心模块开发及性能优化，主导GUI层交互实现 ● 独立完成功能模块开发，参与产品需求分析与技术方案设计，推动用户体验改进 ● 解决客户端复杂技术问题（如内存泄漏、卡顿优化），保障线上版本稳定性 ● 研究Android前沿技术（如Jetpack Compose、Kotlin协程），探索跨平台开发方案
