任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上互联网系统架构经验，至少主导过1个业务复杂的大型成熟系统的架构设计，电商相关行业核心业务的架构经验优先； 2.精通DDD领域建模，有基于领域驱动的微服务拆分与业务中台建设实战经验，熟悉业务架构与技术架构的协同设计；对业务有深刻的理解，擅长通过系统建设带动业务创新； 3.熟练掌握分布式、微服务系统设计，精通Spring Cloud、Zookeeper、消息队列及缓存等中间件； 4.具备大规模系统性能优化能力，熟悉高并发场景下的限流、熔断、容灾等架构机制； 5.较强的学习能力，良好的沟通能力，逻辑清晰，具备技术决策与跨团队协作能力，有技术团队管理经验者优先。
工作职责
1.负责信息业务供给、交易、搜索、广告、内容等核心业务系统的架构设计、优化及技术选型，保障系统高可扩展、高并发、高可用； 2.基于领域驱动设计（DDD）方法论，完成业务领域建模与业务架构设计，推动业务与技术的深度融合； 3.解决复杂技术难题，包括性能瓶颈、系统稳定性及安全性问题，主导架构规范的制定与落地； 4.跟踪前沿技术（如大模型、AI原生应用等），结合业务场景进行技术预研与创新，推动研发提效和流程优化； 5.协同业务、研发及数据等多团队，确保架构设计满足业务目标与长期技术规划。
