任职要求
1.本科及以上学历,计算机相关专业,5年以上互联网系统架构经验,至少主导过1个业务复杂的大型成熟系统的架构设计,电商相关行业核心业务的架构经验优先; 2.精通DDD领域建模,有基于领域驱动的微服务拆分与业务中台建设实战经验,熟悉业务架构与技术架构的协同设计;对业务有深刻的理解,擅长通过系统建设带动业务创新; 3.熟练掌握分布式、微服务系统设计,精通Spring Cloud、Zookeeper、消息队列及缓存等中间件; 4.具备大规模系统性能优化能力,熟悉高并发场景下的限流、熔断、容灾等架构机制; 5.较强的学习能力,良好的沟通能力,逻辑清晰,具备技术决策与跨团队协作能力,有技术团队管理经验者优先。
工作职责
1.负责信息业务供给、交易、搜索、广告、内容等核心业务系统的架构设计、优化及技术选型,保障系统高可扩展、高并发、高可用; 2.基于领域驱动设计(DDD)方法论,完成业务领域建模与业务架构设计,推动业务与技术的深度融合; 3.解决复杂技术难题,包括性能瓶颈、系统稳定性及安全性问题,主导架构规范的制定与落地; 4.跟踪前沿技术(如大模型、AI原生应用等),结合业务场景进行技术预研与创新,推动研发提效和流程优化; 5.协同业务、研发及数据等多团队,确保架构设计满足业务目标与长期技术规划。
