任职要求
1. 本科或以上学历，计算机软件或相关专业，3年以上开发经验，至少精通 Java/Golang 等其中一种编程语言； 2. 熟悉常用数据结构、算法、设计模式，具备系统架构能力，能够独立完成架构设计及开发； 3. 熟悉常用数据库、缓存、中间件的原理及应用； 4.具备前后端全栈能力优先，有大型测试平台开发经验优先； 5. 具有良好的团队合作和沟通能力，对技术保有好奇心，有较强的学习能力。
工作职责
高德研发效能团队主要负责高德质量中台的建设，通过平台化、智能化等方式，提升整体研发、测试和交付效率，支撑业务高速发展，具体如下： 1.负责研发效能相关平台的设计、开发、工程落地，并确保编码实现的安全、可扩展性、质量和性能； 2.深入理解业务需求，主动思考，参与建设通用、灵活、智能的工程效率平台，赋能高德复杂的业务场景。
