工作描述
任职要求 1、2026年10月-2027年7月毕业的应届生，硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程、金融工程或相关专业； 2、编程能力扎实：精通Python，熟悉常用数据结构和算法，具备良好的工程代码习惯（Git、Code Review、单元测试）； 3、AI基础扎实：熟练掌握主流深度学习框架（PyTorch），熟悉Transformer架构及常见开源大模型（LLaMA、Qwen、ChatGLM、DeepSeek等）的原理与应用； 4、技术视野开阔：了解以下至少两个方向的技术栈—— Agent开发：熟悉LangChain、LangGraph、AutoGen、Dify等至少一种Agent开发框架 RAG系统：了解向量检索（Faiss/Milvus）、Embedding模型、Chunking策略及检索重排序（Rerank） 模型微调：有QLoRA、PEFT、DeepSpeed等微调工具使用经验 工具调用：了解F…
