任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、信息管理等相关专业； 2. 熟悉C、C++、Java、Python、Perl等至少一种编程语言； 3. 熟悉软件研发流程，掌握软件测试理论和方法，有设计和开发测试工具和自动化测试框架能力更佳； 4. 熟悉基础的计算机系统结构、操作系统、数据结构、网络、分布式系统等知识； 5. 有广泛的技术视野，具备很强的学习能力和解决问题的能力； 6. 喜欢钻研技术，对质量捍卫有热情，不断追求产品用户体验的完善； 7. 具备奉献精神，善于沟通，善于团队合作。
工作职责
1. 参与商业化广告产品质量保障工作，制定和推进测试策略、测试计划和测试方法，保障被测系统的质量； 2. 通过对测试方法和测试工具的改进创新，努力提升产品的交付质量和效率。
