任职要求
1、精通Web前端基础技术，包括HTML(5)/CSS(3)/JavaScript/Node.JS/TypeScript等，并对前端技术设计有较高的理解，并能够编写具备高可用性、复用性、维护性的代码，具备抽像基础能力 2、精通React开发，对React生态相关技术栈有较深的经验，有能够解决核心、复杂、关键问题的能力 3、对前端开发有较高的架构能力，有一定的大型项目架构开发经验 4、精通至少一种小程序（如：微信、支付宝、抖音等）的开发技术，有一定的小程序项目经验6、熟悉前端模块化、编译和构建工具，如webpack，gulp，vite等，深入理解编译原理 5、了解或熟悉至少一门非前端的语言（如Java/Rust/Python等），有实践经验者会有加分9、有Flutter或者移动客户端（IOS/Android）开发经验者在应聘中会有额外优势 6、良好的沟通能力和团队协同能力，善于其他协作角色合作，共同完成目标,对前端技术有持续的热情，个性乐观开朗，逻辑性强，能够对技术刨根问底，善于独立思考并反思总结 7. 具备良好的语言能力，英语可作为工作语言
工作职责
1、前端团队，负责PC前端、H5前端、小程序（微信、支付宝、抖音等平台）、Flutter开发等其中一个或多个方向的前端开发，参与大麦国际票务核心系统的设计、开发与维护 2、具备支撑企业级应用开发能力，使用 React、Vue 等前端框架开发web应用，能够独立实现业务需求及与各协作角色对接 4、在理解前端开发流程的基础上，结合前端实际建立或优化提升工作效率的工具，以模块化的思想设计开发通用前端组件、分析性能瓶颈与实际性能优化 5、在理解产品业务的基础上，有提升产品的用户体验，技术驱动业务的发展的意识 6、关注前端前沿技术研究和AI的技术发展，通过新技术服务团队和业务
