任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、信息技术等相关专业优先； 2. 3 -5 年软件开发、技术运维支持经验，有保险相关系统建设经验优先； 3. 熟悉 MySQL、PostgreSQL 等主流关系型数据库的运维与管理； 4. 精通数据库和中间件的 安装、升级、迁移、补丁、备份恢复（RMAN）、容灾（Data Guard）等核心技能； 5. 熟练掌握Java语言，深入理解面向对象设计、多线程、JVM原理及常见设计模式；精通Spring Cloud生态组件，有微服务项目开发经验； 6. 熟悉数据库调优手段，包括 SQL 优化、执行计划分析、内存结构调整、I/O 性能分析等； 6. 熟练掌握 Linux/Unix 系统操作，具备 Shell 脚本编写能力； 7. 熟悉Java、PL/SQL 开发，了解Java等语言对数据库的访问机制；有高并发、高可用系统开发经验优先； 8. 熟悉常用数据库监控工具（如 Prometheus、PRTG），具备自动化运维经验者优先； 9. 理解主流中间件架构，熟悉 Apache Tomcat、WebLogic、Nginx、API Gateway、RabbitMQ、Redis 等组件的运维管理； 10. 遵循规范的开发流程，注重代码…
