任职要求
1、2026届毕业生，计算机/网络工程相关专业； 2、热爱计算机系统与云原生技术，熟悉 Linux 操作系统，善于使用命令行工具进行系统管理； 3、掌握至少一门编程语言（如 Python / Go / Shell），擅长利用编程解决重复性问题； 4、具备容器技术（如 Docker/Kubernetes）或自动化运维工具（如 Ansible/Terraform）相关项目或实习经验者优先； 5、对大语言模型或 AIOps 有一定了解者优先； 加分项 1、计算机/网络工程相关专业； 2、有过云计算、自动化运维、平台工程或 AI 工程方向实习经历者优先。
工作职责
1、负责业务系统基础设施的维护和建设； 2、参与自动化基础设施系统的开发和功能集成，并持续为提升运维效率而优化工具； 3、和团队一起攻克各种业务系统会遇到的对基础设施的高并发、容灾、高可用、可观测等方面的诉求难题； 4、参与构建 SRE 知识体系与标准化文档流程，形成知识共享。
