1、负责用户社区、社群的运营维护工作，维持良好的社区、社群生态环境，提升用户粘性和口碑； 2、负责线上舆情整体统筹（监控、预警、定位、预防治理与复盘总结），建立与维护与研发侧有效的双向反馈与信息沉淀，为各类运营策略提供判断支持； 3、负责核心玩家群体进行维系、发掘、培养并建立良好关系，能根据核心玩家的诉求建设和优化激励机制，增加其粘性与产出贡献；

Job Description Lilith Games is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic player-focused community manager to develop and grow the community. The ideal candidate should be able to interpret how communications, content, social media, memes, moderation, influencer relationships converge with each other. The community manager will be expected to craft well-thought community plans that can cohesively bring out all of the above elements and simultaneously be able to connect and shape the community. Responsibilities 1. Recognize, Understand, and Manage Community Sentiment. 2. Create compelling product communications such as developer feedback and sentiment summary report. 3. Build relationship with the community, and maintain communication with the player base. 4. Ensure player feedback loops with players and developers, providing accurate reporting on community sentiment, concerns and suggestions. 5. Manage content strategy and related player-facing communications, including responding to active engagement on community channels. 6. Ensure professional moderation on community channels through recruiting and managing moderators.

1. 负责用户社区、社群的运营维护工作，维持良好的社区、社群生态环境，提升用户粘性和口碑。 2. 负责与社群玩家对接，收集各社区渠道玩家的游戏意见与反馈。 3. 挖掘各类核心玩家并建联，负责游戏核心玩家群体的日常沟通和维系。 4. 负责功能型游戏工具的整体管理、维护、需求搜集、迭代更新、内容配置等。

1、社区搭建，根据项目需要对接社区搭建，根据项目情况跟进相关物料产出。负责游戏内容的社区宣传，配合产品节点和社区热点，策划与制作社区内容，引导社区讨论话题，促进玩家活跃；从玩家需求出发，提炼转化为社区产品工具。 2、玩家维系，负责核心玩家群体维系、发掘、培养并建立良好关系，拓展不同方向的玩家团队和储备；能根据核心玩家的诉求建设和优化激励机制，增加其粘性与产出贡献。 3、舆情监控，负责线上舆情整体统筹，包括舆情监控、预警、定位与复盘总结，相关工具跟进；建立并维护与研发侧有效的双向反馈与信息沉淀，为各类运营策略提供判断支持。 4、PGC内容，根据产品不同节点，制定宣传规划，独立负责PGC内容的规划与制作，并制定和完善相应流程与规范。
