任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子、通信等相关专业，5 年以上 Android 客户端开发经验； 2. 精通 Java 和 Kotlin，熟悉 Android 系统原理与应用层机制，包括线程模型、内存优化、UI 渲染等； 3. 有跨平台开发经验优先（如 C/C++、Flutter、鸿蒙、iOS、PC 等）； 4. 在大型项目中有架构设计、模块解耦、性能优化的实战经验； 5. 编程基础扎实，具备良好的工程规范与系统性思维，能独立推进需求高效落地； 6. 有 App 与硬件通信架构设计、音视频、图像处理相关开发经验者优先。
工作职责
1. 参与 DJI Mimo、DJI Phocus2 等手持影像产品 App 的核心业务研发与架构演进，打造行业领先的移动影像体验； 2. 主导 App 在设备连接、相机控制、素材回放与图像处理等关键模块的架构设计与演进，持续推动性能优化与复杂问题的系统性解决； 3. 推动 C++ 跨平台素材管理能力的统一实现与持续迭代； 4. 深度参与复杂需求的拆解与方案评审，主导技术方案落地并保障交付质量； 5. 在团队中承担技术骨干角色，输出最佳实践，提升团队整体工程能力与协作效率。
