任职要求
1. 硕士及以上学历，具备四年或博士两年以上相关工作经验； 2. 熟悉 C / C++ 编程，能够使用 C / C++ 完成算法落地； 3. 熟悉 ISP Pipeline 和 3A 原理； 4. 有 NN AWB 算法，或者 NN Tone 算法开发经验； 5. 具备 ISP 图像处理算法如 color correction / 3DLUT / color enhancement / local tonemapping / global tonemapping / gamma 等模块研发经验者优先； 6. 有产品级功能、特性或者芯片 ip 的落地经验，有模组+isp 组成相机系统的调试和优化经验的加分； 7. 具备良好的编程风格习惯、文档撰写能力、团队协作和沟通表达能力。 做事认真细心，积极主动。
工作职责
负责基于深度学习的图像/视频处理算法研发，AI tonemapping、AI Awb、人像等图像增强类算法开发。
