工作描述
任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化、电子信息等相关专业，5 年及以上后端开发经验。2. 精通至少一门后端语言：Java / Go，熟练使用 Spring Boot/ Spring Cloud 等主流微服务框架。3. 熟练掌握 MySQL、Redis、消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ）等中间件，具备良好的数据建模、接口设计与性能优化能力。4. 具备制造领域系统建设经验优先，包括但不限于：MES、QMS、生产执行、质量管控、工艺管理、生产追溯、设备数据采集等场景。5. 必须具备AI Coding 实战经验，熟练使用 AI 编码工具（如GitHub Copilot、Cursor、Claude code等）提升开发效率与代码质量 有AI Agent 相关理解或实践经验优先，能够参与智能助手、智能流程、自动化决策等能力在制造系统中的应用落地。6. 具备良好的业务理解能力、复…
