工作职责
1. 基于公司研发与制造数字化、智能化转型战略,深度参与制造领域关键IT 系统的全流程建设与持续优化 深入理解生产、工艺、质量、设备等真实业务场景,负责相关系统的后端架构设计、功能开发、部署上线及运维保障,持续提升系统在稳定性、性能、安全性与业务支撑能力方面的综合体验。2. 深度负责制造执行系统(MES)领域的后端设计与核心功能开发,包括但不限于:生产工单管理、工序流转、生产报工、物料批次追溯、在制品管理、生产过程防错、设备数据采集与指令下发、生产实时监控、异常闭环处理、电子 SOP 执行、生产全链路数字化管控等 支撑工厂从计划下发、现场执行到完工入库的自动化与透明化运行。3. 深度负责质量管理系统(QMS)领域的后端设计与核心功能开发,包括但不限于:来料检验(IQC)、过程检验(IPQC)、成品检验(FQC/OQC)、检验标准管理、不合格品处理、质量异常闭环、质量追溯、SPC 统计过程控制、质量报表与分析、全流程质量合规管控等 构建质量数据可采集、可监控、可分析、可回溯的管控体系。4. 负责企业级智造平台、工艺平台、工业数据服务的架构设计、服务拆分、接口设计与数据模型建设 攻坚高并发、高可靠、低延迟、数据一致性等工业级工程难题,保障制造系统 7×24 小时稳定运行。5. 负责跨系统集成与数据打通,对接生产、供应链、设备、仓储等上下游系统,实现IT 与 OT 深度融合 推动制造数据治理、指标体系建设与业务可视化能力落地。6. 主动应用AI Coding、AI Agent等智能化工具与技术提升研发效率,参与 AI 能力在制造场景的落地实践 与产品、业务、测试及工厂团队紧密配合,拉通 “业务需求→平台支撑→系统落地→持续迭代” 全链路,保障复杂制造场景高质量交付。
