任职要求
1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，计算机科学、数据科学、统计学、数学等相关专业，具备扎实的专业理论基础 2、5 年以上数据分析、数据开发相关工作经验，其中至少 2 年以上大型数据平台或数据仓库的设计与开发经验，有互联网、金融、电商等行业经验者优先 3、具备扎实的编程基础，熟练掌握C/C++/JAVA/Python至少一种主流编程语言，具备良好的代码编写能力和编程习惯，能够独立完成数据分析和开发任务 4、熟悉Hadoop/Kafka/starrocks/Flink等一种或多种大数据技术和组件，能够熟练运用相关技术进行数据处理和分析；精通 SQL，能够熟练编写复杂的 SQL 查询语句，熟悉 MySQL、Oracle、PostgreSQL 等至少一种关系型数据库，了解数据库性能优化技术 5、熟悉数据可视化工具，如 Tableau、Power BI 等，能够设计和开发高质量的数据可视化报表 6、具备较强的数据分析和逻辑思维能力，能够从复杂的数据中发现问题、提炼规律，并提出有效的解决方案；有成功通过数据分析解决业务问题的案例优先；了解数据仓库建模理论，如星型模型、雪花模型等，有数据建模实际经验者优先；有智能问数经验者优先 7、具有良好的学习能力和沟通能力，以及团队协作精神；
