岗位和技能要求： 1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上大型互联网或系统软件研发经验，具有深度参与 WebKit、Chromium/Blink 等主流浏览器内核的开发或定制经验。 2、精通 C/C++/Java/Kotlin，熟悉面向对象程序设计与常用设计模式，掌握基本数据结构和算法。 3、深入理解浏览器内核核心架构与流程（包括解析、布局、渲染、网络、JS执行等），熟悉V8/JavaScript引擎工作原理，熟悉浏览器完整的渲染管线与硬件加速架构。 4、熟悉 Web 技术标准（如 Video、WebGL、WebAssembly 等），具备在渲染性能、内存或功耗等方面…

工作职责
1、负责基于Chromium/WebKit 等开源浏览器内核的深度定制、功能开发与性能优化，为业务提供极致的性能和稳定性体验，保障在竞品性能对比中的领先性。 2、深入内核核心模块（包括Blink渲染引擎、V8 JavaScript引擎、网络栈、多媒体框架等），进行性能剖析、内存优化、安全加固与稳定性提升，解决复杂的技术难题。 3、负责移动端 WebView 组件的深度定制与体验优化，保障混合开发模式下的流畅性与稳定性。 4、跟踪W3C标准与浏览器前沿技术，研究大模型能力与Web标准相结合，满足业务AI方向探索和需求落地。
