工作描述
任职要求 1、计算机、人工智能、数学、电子信息等相关专业，硕士及以上学历，3 年以上大模型推理加速或端侧/边缘侧部署相关工作经验；具备扎实的机器学习/深度学习理论基础。 2、对 Transformer 架构有深刻理解，熟悉主流大模型的原理与细节，具备模型压缩（量化、剪枝、蒸馏）、模型结构/算子优化或端侧推理引擎开发中一项或多项的实践经验。 3、精通 C++/Python，熟练使用主流深度学习框架，了解主流端侧推理框架及加速引擎，具备分布式训练相关知识。 4、熟练使用主流 AI 辅助编程工具提升工作效率，善于在 AI 输出基础上批判性地提出、实现、验证创新的解决方案。 5、熟悉 AI 智能体及相关核心技术（如强化学习对齐、检索增强生成等），具备端侧/边缘侧…
