任职要求 工业设计、交互设计、数字媒体、视觉传达设计、动画设计、音乐创作或工程、人机交互（HCI）、计算机等相关专业，具备行业实习经验或业界顶尖奖项获奖者优先考虑。其中： 1、交互设计：掌握用户研究方法（访谈/可用性测试）和实践，熟练使用Figma/Sketch/Pixer等设计工具，具备一定审美素养，熟悉AI工具及代码开发经验者优先。 2、HCI设计：熟悉掌握Linux、 C++/Python/等编程语言和相应开发工具，有3年以上的编程开发经验；具备软件开发、或基于AI的多模态传感器数据的处理及模式识别经验者优先（如视觉、语音、用户姿态、设备IMU、电容数据等等），具备人机交互相关论文发表者优先（CHI, UIST, Ubicomp, IMWUT, VRST, ISMAR, IUI等等）。 3、动效与3…
