工作描述
任职要求 基础技术能力 1. 熟悉Python编程，代码规范、逻辑清晰，有独立完成功能模块开发的能力 2. 了解大语言模型（LLM）基本原理，有Prompt Engineering实践经验 3. 了解至少一种AI Agent开发框架，有跑通Demo或课程项目经验者优先 4. 了解向量数据库基本概念（FAISS/ChromaDB/Milvus等），有RAG相关实践经验者优先 学习与工程素养 1. 在读本科（大三及以上）或硕士研究生，计算机、软件工程、自动化、人工智能等相关专业 2. 每周可保证 至少3天 稳定到岗（远程或现场），实习周期 3个月以上 3. 具备良好的自驱力与文档习惯，能独立拆解任务并按时交付 工作…
