1. 硕士学历，5 年以上图像、视频、压缩编码算法相关经验，具有 IC Design 公司工作背景为佳； 2. 熟悉图像处理，计算机视觉等相关知识，对于面向芯片 IP 的算法设计有实做经验，具有算法落地量产经验为佳； 3. 熟悉 AI ISP 算法设计，具有面向芯片的 AI 算法落地量产经验为佳； 4. 熟悉 Plain C/C++ 开发，具有算法定点化设计能力，有 Bit-Accurate C-Model 实做经验； 5. 熟练的英文文献的阅读能力。
工作职责
1. 负责手机上相机模块的视频录制及预览显示相关算法方案的预研与开发； 2. 负责视频效果提升和相关功能改进的算法方案架构设计； 3. 负责相关算法的设计、实现、测试和调试； 4. 了解面向芯片友好的算法选型、设计及交付基本流程，具有一定的算法优化能力。
