任职要求
1. 研究生及以上学历,计算机科学、自动化、电子工程、数学、物理等相关专业; 2. 5 年以上相关领域工作经验,有手持云台、无人机、机器人等运动控制算法开发经验者优先; 3. 熟悉控制理论(如 PID 控制、卡尔曼滤波、状态估计等)、传感器融合算法(如互补滤波、扩展卡尔曼滤波等); 4. 熟悉嵌入式系统开发,具备 C/C++、Python 等编程能力,熟练使用 MATLAB、Simulink 等仿真工具,有图像处理、计算机视觉、目标跟踪等相关经验者优先,熟悉常见深度学习框架(如 TensorFlow、PyTorch)者优先; 5. 有手持云台、无人机、机器人等相关产品的实际开发,有实际产品落地经验,熟悉从算法设计到产品化的全流程; 6. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神,较强的学习能力和解决问题的能力。
工作职责
1. 算法开发:负责防抖/跟踪等控制算法开发,实现高精度、低延迟的相机姿态控制,提升拍照和视频拍摄的稳定性; 2. 算法优化与部署:优化算法性能,确保在嵌入式设备上的高效、稳定运行; 3. 技术研究与创新:跟踪行业最新技术动态,探索前沿算法在防抖中的应用,满足用户需求。
