任职要求
1、计算机相关专业全日制本科及以上学历，5年以上数据库运维DBA工作经验； 2、精通MySQL、Redis相关原理、备份恢复、性能优化、故障处理，有丰富的MySQL、Redis运维经验； 3、熟悉MongoDB、TiDB、Elasticsearch、OceanBase相关原理、性能优化、故障处理，有OceanBase运维经验更佳； 4、熟悉linux系统，有shell、python或者go脚本编程能力； 5、有阿里云、腾讯云或者内部自建等数据库运维管理平台操作经验； 6、具有良好的学习能力、沟通能力、客户服务意识、团队合作精神。
工作职责
1、负责MySQL、Redis、Elasticsearch、MongoDB、OceanBase等数据库运维管理工作，包括运维支撑、性能优化、故障处理、容量规划等 2、负责业务数据库选型、架构设计，解决业务数据库问题，提高业务高可用能力和稳定性， 3、与存储研发团队协作，设计和实现数据库产品解决方案、数据库运维平台能力，支持业务需求 4、学习和引入数据库新版本、新技术、新工具，支持业务发展需求
