1、牵头OS体验测试部所有模块的服务器测试工作，包括服务器接口测试、服务器性能测试等内容，同时制定标准和规范； 2、能够积极主动分享已有的测试经验和方法，形成完整的服务器测试体系； 3、能够把已有的具备良好效果的经验或者技术引入到其他相关业务上，赋能整体测试团队； 4、能够按照团队规划，及时调整服务器测试的技术架构，跟上整体行业的技能能力要求；
