任职要求
1.能够熟练使用Sketch、figma、PS、illustrator、AE 等图像处理软件，以及会熟练使用ai工具者优先考虑。 2.艺术设计相关专业本科，三年以上移动互联网产品界面设计工作经验及上线产品完整跟进经验。 3. 对界面设计、运营设计都有较深刻理解，并且有相关实际项目经验。 4. 擅长视频、图像剪辑。有动效设计作品，及动效对接技术实现经验者优先考虑。 5. 有制定设计规范，在实际项目中有维护设计规范的经验。
工作职责
1. 负责微博移动端重点项目的界面设计工作。 2. 负责项目的视觉风格定义、视觉规范建立和视觉方案评审等工作。 3. 基于产品需求，提供合理的设计解决方案并保证落地质量。 4. 发起和驱动能够有效改进产品体验的设计创新方案。
