任职要求 1. 学历与经验：本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、大数据等相关专业，3年及以上推荐系统或互联网技术相关工作经验，有推荐生态治理经验者优先。 2. 推荐系统技术能力：熟悉推荐系统核心链路，包括召回（如协同过滤、内容召回）、排序（如 LR、GBDT、深度学习模型）模块，有实际的推荐策略调优、模型迭代经验； 3. 掌握至少一种编程语言（Java/Python/Go），熟悉大数据处理框架（Spark/Flink）或机器学习工具（TensorFlow/PyTorch），能独立完成简单的模型训练与效果验证。 4. 生态治理与业务理解：了解推荐生态运转逻辑，对物料冷启、用户冷启、物料质量评估有清晰…
