任职要求
1、研究生及以上学历,2年以上工作经验,数学基础扎实,英文阅读能力良好,熟悉概率统计相关理论、深度网络框架体系和算法实现; 2、熟悉 C/C++/Python 编程,熟悉Pytorch框架; 3、具有大模型训练及应用开发经验,如语料清洗、预训练、指令微调、强化学习、内容安全等;熟悉megatron,deepspeed,vllm等训练或推理加速框架; 4、熟悉 BLIP2、LLaVA、VisualGLM、Qwen-VL、InternVL、MiniCPM 等模型结构及训练方法; 5、具备较强的沟通能力和全局思考能力,具有技术创新精神。
工作职责
1、针对物流领域场景进行深入的视觉算法研发,包括但不限于图像生成、图像理解、视频生成、视频理解等; 2、负责垂域多模态大模型的继续预训练、SFT等工作,积极跟进AIGC业内应用趋势,包括但不限于MoE、Agent、O1等方向。
