任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机器人等相关专业； 2. 5年以上中大型分布式系统架构经验，至少主导过1个完整的RCS架构设计与落地； 3. 熟悉工业通信协议，深入理解SLAM导航、机器人运动控制、多机协同等技术原理； 4. 具备高并发系统设计经验，熟悉数据库优化、实时数据处理以及容灾方案设计； 5. 熟悉物流自动化行业特性，熟悉行业主流RCS系统架构； 6. 具备机器人集群仿真与调度算法相关经验者优先。
工作职责
1. 负责AGV、AMR、物流机器人等物流自动化设备的软件架构设计，确保系统高可用、低延迟、可扩展； 2. 负责顺丰物流机器人通信协议标准、接口规范及数据交互逻辑，支持多类型设备协同作业与动态扩容； 3. 优化机器人集群调度算法的工程实现，提升系统吞吐量与稳定性； 4. 联动产品、算法、硬件、测试团队，推动技术方案在边缘和云端高效落地；
