工作职责
基于大模型技术（如GPT、Llama等），设计并开发智能体（Agent）、知识库系统及RAG应用，推动AI产品在业务场景中的落地； 使用LangChain、LangGraph等框架构建大模型应用系统，完成从模型部署（如Ollama/VLLM）到业务集成的全流程开发； 通过Prompt Engineering优化模型输出效果，结合Function Calling等技术实现复杂交互逻辑； 针对航空领域需求（如航司知识库、智能客服等），设计定制化解决方案并完成工程实现[^航空经验优先]； 跟踪大模型前沿技术，推动团队在Agent架构、多模态应用等领域的技术迭代。
